New Mercies every morning!

A whirlwind continues to swirl around me! just when i get back and settled, glad to be here, excited for the future here, all the swirling starts! what? Zhop closing? everyone leaving? what?? sell my house??! do i leave or stay?? everything is unsettled now.....but our hope is in God. that is for certain. He is in control, no matter how out-of-control my feelings are! wow, i'm hurtin' bad for the young adults in this community not knowing what to do. yeah...

Great is His faithfulness to us.
it will all be okay.
thankyou Jesus for this shaking.

5 things i love

1. i love getting new inspiration/ideas! (martha stewart is my fav!)

2. i love my housemates! we had an awesome house dinner and then a great time of worship/encouragement/blessing time. i am wowed by the Lord!! so good!-refreshed!

3. i still love coffee---cappucinos are my fav!

4. redecorating! i am getting excited to re-paint my dining room!!

5. i love the Lord and His mysterious ways--He always keeps me guessing, i love it (sometimes i am frustrated with it, but right now it's great!)

i don't know how long it has been, but for the last several months, at least, every time i look at the clock it's three consecutive numbers. seriously!?!! yes, mainly 11:11, 2:22, 1:11, 4:44.....
you get the idea. a good friend of mine has been having the same happen to her, and she heard that it was like the Lord telling her "the time is now".
all throughout our trip and still today, the Lord is highlighting specific numbers to me, and i'm intrigued! i'm being wooed! finally! so, the other night i looked in my bible for specific passages that might relate to what the Lord may be telling me at certain times of the day....it's interesting. nothing set in stone yet for me, but i thought that i'd share some interesting verses i found in the 222 area.

john 2:22

"Therefore, when He had risen from the dead His disciples remembered that He had said this to them; and they believed the Scripture and the word which Jesus said."

the time is now to believe! believe His word. believe the Scripture. Believe!

2 Sam 2:22

"the Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer."

Now is the time!--He is our Rock, Fortress, and Deliverer now.

1. coffee

2. little princesses that keep my girls playin!

3. my good friend faith who keeps me laughin!

4. air conditioning!--it's hot here in the south!

5. trips to the north!

how i love my family!! being here with my mom and dad, is so good! it's so easy to relax and enjoy life. like the latter rain-family is refreshing!! a breath of fresh air! mom and dad--i am so proud of you for being an anchor in your community, staying faithful in all that you are! i aspire to be just like you! i love you dearly!--and cannot thankyou enough for all that you are!

WEDDING

we are going to a wedding today!! i'm excited, mainly about the reception--cuz we get to see lots of old college friends and dance!! the grandparents are watching all of the children and rye and i just get to be ourselves and dance! yippee! i'm super excited!!

we've been having a great time visiting friends and family. we are praying that the Lord would lead us gently and show us anything! (like what to do next, what's best for us in this upcoming season)--still no clear direction as of yet. thankyou for your prayers and love!
