happy birthday Adia!!
3 years old
we had a princess cake and a princess birthday for Adia--she got lots of princess toys, she was so happy !!

We also got to play in the tons of leaves at grandma and granpa's house while up in NY.
they loved it soooo much!!

But the main reason for our trip up north to NY was in rememberance of ryan's grandpa
Phil Internicola.
He recently passed away and we went to remember him and be with family as we grieved this loss to our family. He was a coach/teacher to many. may He rest in Peace!

my boy is getting cuter and bigger by the minute!! he's almost walking, and just got 2 more teeth in the last day or so...sheesh! he only likes to eat what daddy is eating...what can i say? he's a man after his father's heart!

....we had an unfortunate death of a friendship....out of the blue...not prepared, but like death, alot of people aren't prepared. didn't see it coming, so i'm confused and have lots of questions and hurt in my heart. mourning, grieving...talking alot to Dad about it. wow, i can't believe how heavy my heart is....sorry to all around me...don't mean to be the downer, i just have to process this out,...somehow. any ideas? someone suggested i write it all out, all feelings, hurt, joy, loss, gain...it's been helpful....but the feelings remain...oh how i love those friends so stinkin much. seasons come and go......unfortunately friends do too.

Life is but a vapor

Today i found out that a classmate from grade school passed away--yet even worse, he was mugged, and now gone. words cannot express the heaviness on my heart, but some of the thoughts i have had are in relation to how quickly we come and go. how short life really is.....it's so sad that i have days where all i can do is whine and complain.....Lord teach me to number my days!
help me to be so thankful to be alive and to live each day to the fullest!
